About Store Dollar

Through our site shopping, you might be eligible for a rebate of 1.5% of net payment of each order (“Store Dollar).  Net Payment shall mean the amount after deduction of, where applicable, Store Dollar and any other promotional offer or rebate given by MySaverStore.

You may apply your Store Dollar for any purchase at our site.

About Delivery

After you have placed your order, we will deliver your order in 14-21 working days.

For order over HK$400, we offer free delivery in HK.  

For order under HK$400 and/or outside of HK, standard shipping fee may apply.

In general, we send your products to the nearest SF Service Center stated in your order.

It, therefore, happens sometimes when your mailing address not SF services center, the courier company may surcharge you.

Shipment delivered to Hong Kong’s Remote Areas will be subject to extra service charge.

Absolutely! We will give your Track no. to trace your parcel by email.

Yes, we ship both domestically and to a selected number of destinations.  Shipping times and costs depend on your location. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Custom orders take 3-4 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence.

MySaverStore and her merchant(s) are not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of MySaverStore and her merchant(s) to make the customer aware of theses agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

About Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the products purchased from MySaverStore, you may return the unused and damaged product(s) for exchange or refund in SEVEN (7) days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. After we have received your returned product(s) we will examine the product whether it fits our return policies and/or refund Store Dollar into your account. 

One order is eligible for product return once only.

Shipping fee and shopping coupon used in the purchase order is not refundable and returnable.

If we cannot receive your product(s) after SEVEN (7) days we reserve the right for product(s) return and refund.

Once received your item(s), product(s) exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

In case of refund, it takes THREE (3) business days to credit Store Dollar into your account. 

Business days are from Monday to Friday, exclude public holidays. 

An email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of items and processing of your return or exchange request.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible at Customer.Service@MySaverStore.com for assistance.
